Meagan Humphries, a junior at Castaic High in California, won the girls high jump with a 5-7 (1.70m) clearance at the CIF-Southern Section Masters meet at Moorpark High. Humphries also took third in the long jump with a leap of 19-3.75 (5.88m), clocked a wind-aided 23.55 to finish fourth in the 200 and secured sixth in the triple jump with a 38-7.75 (11.78m) performance to advance to the May 26-27 state meet in all four events.
