Roman Mendoza, a senior at Santa Margarita High in California, won the Division 3 boys 110-meter hurdles title in a wind-legal 14.21 seconds at the CIF Southern Section finals at Moorpark High. Mendoza also contributed to the Eagles earning eighth place in the 4x400-meter relay in 3:27.68.
