Great Oak High from California teammates Westin Brown, a sophomore, and junior Gabriel Rodriguez took two of the top three spots in the boys 1,600 meters at the CIF-Southern Section Masters meet at Moorpark High. Brown triumphed in 4:11.50 and Rodriguez clocked 4:12.16, as both athletes advanced to the May 26-27 state meet.
