Serra's Jasmin Reed returns to the state meet for the third time in her career, qualifying in three events at the OSuthern Section masters meet.  The Oregon-bound senior finished second in the 100 (11.59) and third in both the 200 (24.11) and the 4x100 relay (46.79).
