Mackenzie Browne, a senior at JW North High in California, won the girls 800 meters in 2:07.49 at the CIF-Southern Section Masters meet at Moorpark High. Browne also contributed to JW North taking third in the 4x400-meter relay in 3:46.50, qualifying for both events at the May 26-27 state meet.
